Nico’s World
I am Nico Reuter – a family father, creative tinkerer and someone who has been working on personal projects since his teenage years.
Ideas are not just something I like to think about: when something catches my interest, I try it, develop it further and often turn it into something tangible.
This site collects current and selected projects from game design, puzzles, magic, mentalism, photography and music. The current focus is on card games and puzzle books – including Dragons!, Straight Up and Sumtris.
If one of my projects is of interest to you – as a publisher, editor, playtesting group, cooperation partner or simply out of curiosity – feel free to get in touch.
Dragons!
A trick-taking game for three players – currently in prototype stage. Dragons, timing and the question of when you really want to take a trick.
Project page
Straight Up
A modern card game for standard playing cards for two to four players. Finished, clean, approachable – with free rules.
Project pageSomewhere between game mechanics, puzzle ideas and everyday magic. This website is less a glossy showroom and more a well-organized workbench.
Also on the workbench: puzzle books
Alongside the current games, my puzzle books will also have a place here – especially Sumtris and other publications released under the name Der Rätselking.
